How much power does Visual Look Up use?
- kg 1y agoFor anyone like me wondering what Visual Look Up is, Apple's page on it is here: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/identify-objects-in-your-photos-and-videos-iph21c29a1cf/ios https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/identify-objects-in-y... It identifies objects in photos, if I'm understanding it correctly. Oddly their website says it's an iOS feature but this blog post is about using it on Mac, presumably you can run it on your photo library?

- ivewonyoung 1y agoDoes it run on a Mac Mini or Mac Pro? If so, could you measure the extra power consumed with better accuracy at the plug with a hardware power measuring device similar to Kill-a-Watt?
