In places with guns they're not busting doors down, they're black bagging people on their way out of routine courtroom proceedings. A big part of the problem here is foundational - that Stephen Miller, Donald Trump, and even Joe Biden deny that the asylum process is a human right or a legitimate mandatory administrative process. These people are often somewhere in the legal, well-documented asylum process after entering from Mexico and walking into an immigration office immediately, they're checking in with a parole process on a regular basis, and Miller/ICE terms them "Undocumented" or "Illegal" and deports them to South Sudan. The courts have not deigned to stop them.
