- ciberado 1y agoAmazon always competes with everybody. Clients, partners... Everybody. My intuition is that the root cause it's their frugal culture (frugal as in cheap). They don't want to start a compensation race.
- awill 1y agoAgree. It would be really messy if they were paying AI engineers multiple time more than regular engineers.
