Appliances are generally fine. Most issues seem to be connections. Both water intake and sewage. Insurance companies really are the party that wants to minimise the damage. So they make extra careful recommendations. As quick reaction to water can save lot of costs.
- BugsJustFindMe 1y agoYou keep saying things like "supposed to" and "recommendation", but there's a quite large difference between a recommendation and a requirement. Which are we talking about here? An insurance company can "recommend" whatever they want but mine will pay for damages even if I'm not home when a leak or fire occurs.
