"I'm curious as to how they handle fuel spillage and if they have to reschedule in inclement weather."
My assumptions -
Fuel spillage - For oil, lay down a tarp or a tray. Gasoline, otoh, evaporates very quickly, even faster than water. No evidence, no problem.
Inclement weather - use a tarp, put on a coat, or just HTFU.

Fortunately for me, the property owner doesn't care if I spill a little, so long as I make a good-faith effort to clean it up. On the other hand, this could be bad news in a parking lot, especially if there is a stormwater drain nearby. It's not an insurmountable hurdle, but it's an issue I could see creeping up from time to time, especially if the service becomes popular.
