I think when it comes to hardware, there are still innovations, like apple silicon or the new 5G modem. I have to admit, that „innovation“ might be a little bit strong here in the sense that others have also ARM chips and 5G modems, but the way they have implemented them to fit their use cases is not really done by other companies. The software and services is something completely different and I agree, completely uncreative and no innovation.
