- nickff 1y agoI think the level of care is only one factor, and often not the one that prevents new entrants. I work at a small electronics manufacturer, and can tell you that in my industry, the biggest regulatory obstacles have nothing to do with our quality levels or production processes. In any case, according to a number of the commenters on this article, the PE providers have already lowered their level of care.
