Does it legislate that you can't "accidentally" delete all incriminating data?
- dghlsakjg 1y agoDepends on the severity of the crash. If it meets certain thresh-holds (air bag deployment) the recording memory must be permanently locked in the onboard recorder.
- onlyrealcuzzo 1y agoIs the penalty for "oops, we had a bug, and it's gone," similar to the >$100M penalty they got? If not, I assume they'll keep losing all incriminating data.
