if you are always meeting your estimates then surely your estimates are incorrect. unless an estimate is given as x% of the time you will complete the work fast

if you are always meeting your estimates then surely your estimates are incorrect. unless an estimate is given as x% of the time you will complete the work faster than the estimate then I would assume an estimate is 50% of the time you will fall under 50% of the time your will fall over.
