- amanaplanacanal 1y agoYou think so? My state's supreme Court has interpreted our state constitution's freedom of expression clause even more broadly than the federal first amendment. It's hard to see how anything like that could survive judicial review here.
- luke727 1y agoThe makeup of a court is temporary. Maybe your court is "safe" today; that won't necessarily still be the case tomorrow.
