Isn't it generally illegal in the US with some exclusions for smaller companies for an employer to recruit new employees in a way that discriminates against them because of their race, color, religion, sex (including transgender status, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information?

If a company is small enough that the rules don't apply, then national origin or racial discrimination may be legal, still probably not a good idea. > Also, MENA is a region of the world and this is inclusive not exclusive. I believe that would fall under "national origin" discrimination rules.

- vFunct 1y agoNo, it's not illegal. There is no law saying you can't hire Palestinians, no matter how hard Israelis try to get you to believe that. Thanks.
- demodulation 1y agoIsraelis don't want you to think you can't hire Palestinians.
