Not defending tariffs. I think, in this particular case, they’re mostly harmful. But I’m actually not educated enough on the subject to really have strong opinions one way or another. My argument was that there are exceptions to the “customer pays 100% of tariffs” rule, as I’ve experienced firsthand (see examples in a response to a sibling reply).
