  What did you find to be of a douche nature about it? It clearly looked to me as poking fun at the ridiculous analogies some people use for programming talent (such as rock star programmers). I thought they nailed it. (No pun intended).

    It's yet another example of the obliviously anti-female nature of so many tech companies. Job adverts can be irreverent, but they're still job adverts. It's setting the tone of the relationship between an employer and an employee (and between employees, really).
