    My other reply has become flagged for no obvious reason, so I'll just say that (A) I agree, and (B) similar situations have already occurred under President Trump.

  Every time a judge has intervened in Trump’s actions the majority in SCOTUS has called off any chance of real confrontation or consequences. They allow the cases to continue but it’s almost a joke as everyone still ends up fired or funding cut so it’s effectively green lighting any executive action.
