Source? Why does e.g. Debian or other free software distributors think they can distribute GPLv2 software then?
- sliverstorm 14y agoI'm not saying the GPLv2 withholds distribution rights; rather, it grants them conditionally, and if you can grant them conditionally you can withhold them.
