I noticed more people telling me about Ruby after 3.0 and YJIT. Rails 7 also made a big difference. I’ve since made a few things and really enjoyed coming back to it! I’m still somehow 10x more effective in Ruby than anything else, for little utility scripts to web apps. I will say that HN has always talked about Ruby a bit more than other forums. It might be that there’s more to talk about with Ruby recently, but the same people are talking. (Not an issue really!)
