- CLPadvocate 1y agoMemes are not critique, they are often (as in this case) just an attack on the personal level. If they are harmless, no one would take them seriously - but calling someone a nazi is an insult in Germany, so everyone who is offended by it, can sue.
- immibis 1y agoGermany also has more serious penalties for calling someone a Nazi, specifically.
