I sit on the floor and put a laptop on a coffee table that has open space for my legs underneath. The ergonomics for my arms aren't very nice but everything else seems to be fine. I do move around every hour. I use a wireless mouse but I don't end up using a mouse that much. Sometimes I will hook up a keyboard and use the keyboard on my lap under the coffee table but not that often.
