- dmoy 1y agoThe general move to the suburbs probably doesn't help. Screens probably don't help. People calling CPS on innocuous stuff that wouldn't have raised any concern 30-40 years ago doesn't help for sure. Crime is like wayyyy down in the last 30-40 years so that's not it.
