- noosphr 1y agoIf you read the article you'd realize the whole point is that they won't have to if they are the ones who built the conventional forces in the first place.
- 4gotunameagain 1y agoMaybe maintaining interdependencies will maintain peace. But of course this is not going to happen, we are on course for conflict.
