I don't think this is true at all. There are plenty of areas where the public schools do a fantastic job, and plenty of people "with means" sending their children there.
- logicchains 1y agoThose are mostly areas where the cost of living prevents the most dysfunctional families/kids from living there.
- trinix912 1y agoRich people have shithead kids too, I’ve seen this in a country where the rich send their kids to public schools.
