I'm a righty and I run an Apple trackpad on the left so I can write while scrolling. It also enables a desk setup that is far less clumsy and cluttered. And after using the trackpad for several years, I would loathe having to go back to using a mouse on a daily basis. The switch to the left took a week or two to get used to, but it was worth the investment. Recommended.
