- linksnapzz 1y agoThere were no allegations; it's just that the Itanium goes almost completely unmentioned in his own account of his own time at Intel. In comparison, John DeLorean made the (startling and remarkable) claim in his autobiography that GM was aware of the Corvair's handling issues, and that he tried to have the company remedy this before Nader made it an issue. He probably felt that an account of a senior executive's time at Chevrolet in the 1960s might deal with the issue of a product controversy.
