Most rich people don't "hoard" money like Scrooge McDuck. They're generally spending it on:
1. Equity in companies or loans to the government.
2. Expensive food, homes, clothes, hotel stays, travel, child care, etc.
- skeaker 1y agoCitation needed, but also buying homes (that you don't intend to live in or actually use) is still hoarding, and is arguably even worse than hoarding wealth.
