Do we have any precedence for the destruction part?
- thiagoharry 1y agoThe World Wars? It was after capitalism conquered the entire planet, and the main powers began disputing markets and colonies.
- nahuel0x 1y agoThe Great War (WWI), before it there was a period that we call now the "First Globalization" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_globalization https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_globalization ), then the war erupts after commercial wars (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pig_War_(1906%E2%80%931908) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pig_War_(1906%E2%80%931908) ) . The killing of Franz Ferdinand was only the excuse, the base were the commercial and imperialist contradictions. WWII was also preceded by tariffs wars.

- barbazoo 1y agoI meant precedence for the destruction of a “social system”, obviously I know that we’re destroying the planet. The quote was > Capitalism breeds globalization and then his destruction. Since this is our first capitalism it’s hard to extrapolate what happens at the end.
