FreeBSD has lots of AMD graphics code because Sony Playstation 4 and 5 are both based on FreeBSD. I'm not sure how much, but some of OpenBSD's AMD graphics code comes from FreeBSD[0]. Considering the prolific success of the PS4/PS5, it would make sense that FreeBSD's AMD graphics code is a considerable size.
