An interesting metric is when token bills per dev exceed the cost of hiring a new dev. But also, if paying another dev's worth in tokens getting you further than 2 devs without using AI will you still pay it? I wonder how the economics will play out, especially when you add in all the different geographic locations for remote devs and their cost.
