Do you ask people whether they use search or stack overflow during job interviews/assessments?
- verdverm 1y agoNot directly, I tell them they can and watch how they do. It's a fairly good indicator for the questions they don't know the answers to (I make sure they cannot memorize their way through)
- AstralStorm 1y agoThese days, even the search will give you AI answers, either directly, via a slop site wasting your time or even on stack overflow...
