Now just tell me why my company only demands the latter, despite the fact that I update my tickets the same way

- jama211 1y agoWhat would be the point when they don’t know the answer themselves? The real answer is likely that they have to schedule meetings to make it look like they’re doing something as project managers, and to feel emotionally “in control” of the projects. But that truth is likely hidden from themselves via a layer of delusion.
