Consulting provides a report supporting the strategy the leadership already decided on.
- binarymax 1y agoI've seen that, but I've also seen (from both sides) a total lack of understanding on what to do that consultants came in to help. I am/have been a search relevance consultant for years - I've seen lots of teams just without a clue how to make things better, and we did. I've also been on the other side where for the life of us we could not decide how to price a product, and had pricing consultants come in and get us out of our paralysis.
