What?
Germany doesn't waive any taxes for small businesses
- tcfhgj 1y agoyes, they do https://finanzamt-bw.fv-bwl.de/,Lde/Startseite/Service/Was+ist+die+sogenannte+Kleinunternehmerregelung_ https://finanzamt-bw.fv-bwl.de/,Lde/Startseite/Service/Was+i...
- ExpertAdvisor01 1y agoThis is only an exemption from VAT. This means you also loose the ability to claim back VAT. If you engage in b2b it is a net loss
- tcfhgj 1y agothere is more than just exemptions from VAT
- ExpertAdvisor01 1y agoOkay then list it
- tcfhgj 1y agoTrade tax is another example
- ExpertAdvisor01 1y agoYou are not exempt from trade tax. If you make more than 25k you have to pay it like anyone else.
- tcfhgj 1y agothanks for confirming small businesses are exempt from trade tax and VAT
- ExpertAdvisor01 1y agoHow are they exempt ? Thresholds != exemption
- tcfhgj 1y agothresholds are inherently in play when you want to restrict exemptions to small businesses
- tomschwiha 1y agoThis tax is a simplification for very small businesses. With 2k revenue a month you are not even close being a small business. Not profit but revenue.
