I'm sorry to hear it has been so rough, it is very much a situation where the founders have been working on the train as it is running down the tracks. There have definitely been issues, but in general, the team has done a good job of addressing them. I'm quite sure that right now they are overwhelmed with demo day and that once the dust settles for that things will get straightened out shortly.
