- duxup 1y agoSCOTUS has largely just stepped aside and refused to do their job / maintain the checks and balance of power. Doesn't matter what the law says, or what congress did ... the executive branch now can disregard that and SCOTUS will lift any lower court orders and just put their hands in their pockets.
