Call to a local Social Security may be picked up by someone who can't help
- duxup 1y agoI worked in some call centers when I was in college. This is pretty standard stuff to do where new management who doesn't care declares victory because they lowered wait times by just routing call willy-nilly to a warm body ... regardless if it helps in the long run.
