Uber Allowing Drivers Stall for Better Fares, Passengers Stranded
You book a ride, a driver accepts, but they either don’t move or head in the wrong direction. They’ve picked up a better fare through another app and are hoping you’ll cancel on your own.
How common is that in your country?
In Belgium it happens too much.
- armchairhacker 1y agoDoes Belgium have Lyft or Bolt? Also, after enough time you can cancel the ride when the driver does that, there’s an option somewhere.
