Same. They did a “funny” thing where they routed my balance owed refund request around the world twice I think I have 12 bounces in the thread. Every bounce was the same useless canned information. For every hour I wasted on it I filed a complaint with a regulatory body. It probably cost the millions of dollars. I recommend everyone in a similar situation do the same.
