If they don't have time to meet you, they won't give a damn about you during your employment there. This instinct is 100% in my opinion. Meeting you should be one of the most crucial human in the loop events.
- Balgair 1y agoI mean, for me it was definitely a sign that the company wasn't a fit. If they tried automating away one fo the most critical aspects of the company (hiring) then what else was being left out?
- cryptonector 1y agoPresumably it's just a screen, and after that they'd use humans. But still, 45 minutes of screening by AI is a bit much.
