Apple Silicon was definitely a massive leap forwards but I wouldn’t say the competition has stayed still either.
- ASalazarMX 1y agoAnd the innovative part was basically going system-on-chip, as even Microsoft had tried to change to ARM architecture before. It was a natural consequence of designing for mobile devices, and a massive marketing campaign to sell it as something brand new.
