Sure. At that time, I was in my early 20s and I was single. Currently married and one small kiddo. And I'd argue that I'd easily take 1/3 pay cut to go back from my current hybrid job to full remote right now. Days are so much easier for both of us when I'm working from home. Being able to quickly go afk and change a diaper, or take care of the kiddo for 10 mins when mommy takes a dump (real life heh) is incredibly valuable. Or at least that's my point of view.
