I get it. That’s why, over the years, I’ve simplified my own system. I use a paper sheet that is daily breakdown paper template and a quick Excel tracker. At the end of the day, I spend about 15 minutes logging everything in Excel, and later I can filter it by task. I agree that at first, it felt time-consuming.
