This seems completely tautological. Yes, when the policies stupid/bigoted/harmful/cruel, you probably also don't like the jerks who are implementing them. It would be weird if the reverse were true: "Yes, the policies are pure corruption and bigotry, but honestly the bros who are carrying them out are alright. Stand-up guys all around."
