So will we be able to have more than 11 programs on the taskbar without them being compacted? Or a 2 row taskbar? So I can easily switch between my 40 windows

So will we be able to have more than 11 programs on the taskbar without them being compacted? Or a 2 row taskbar? So I can easily switch between my 40 windows open? What is good for productivity?

And hopefully the customizable quick start bar... I lost hope in Windows but have to use it.
