That article shows nothing of the sort. It has screenshots of a supposed video with no confirmation of who was in the video. It was more likely the ISIS linked gangs that Israel is arming and supporting.
Oh and the airdrop was less aid than would have been carried on a single truck. It is PR to cover for the famine.
