- beardyw 1y agoFirst prize for looking like a stick.
- LargoLasskhyfv 1y agoBrr. Ze HORROR! What does it eat? How does it eat? Can it bite? Does it sting? Is it poisonous?
- rstuart4133 1y agoSimilar thing, snapped outside of work, Brisbane area, near sea level: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rEVYBieIEMfV9Mt4guL2xZLU3pfNPymF https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rEVYBieIEMfV9Mt4guL2xZLU3pf... It was gone an hour or so later, presumably wandered off to somewhere more private. Or got eaten by a magpie.
- cpach 1y agoJust wow! The creatures you have over there are truly fascinating. And scary (: Did it move quickly or slowly? BTW, didn’t know you had magpies too.
- rstuart4133 1y agoI moved very slowly. It unfolded it wings when I approached, but didn't fly. The wings looked too small to me. Magpies are everywhere. As you probably know, if you treat wild magpie well it becomes friends for life. Treat them badly and you or someone else in the neighbourhood could lose an eyeball. It amazes me how many people treat them badly.
