- HiPhish 1y agoSeven or eight years. I did have the occasional lapse when I was under high negative stress and would just let myself go, but I just had to drop the bad habits I was falling back into. The initial wakeup call was when I was diagnosed with a non-alcoholic fatty liver in my late 20s.
