Dropping 500+ lbs indiscriminately on civilian populations does not need new data. War crimes have been perpetrated from extremely early on. What's happening now is just a continuation of what was happening at the start. It's better that there is some change but lots of groups, politicians and countries cannot expect genocide to be forgotten. Realistically we are nowhere close to any of this being resolved or even stopped so I'm not even sure there is anything yet changed.
