Omitting Joe Rogan shows that this list isn’t authentic and is driven by ideology.
- ndr 1y agoJust as the The New York Times Best Sellers.
- mpalmer 1y agoAn "authentic" list would be what exactly? It's opinion, man, it's right there in the title. When you make your own list, please let me know so I can also CMD-F for my faves and declare you an inauthentic ideologue
- RickJWagner 1y agoRogans podcast is giant. If the list were diverse in ideology, I believe it would be on the list. As it sits, Rogans take on some issues will sharply diverge from some of the listed ones. I suppose the list is consistent if it were composed by a single listener. A single listener is going to like similar things. If it’s intended for a wider audience audience, it should cover more territory.
- mpalmer 1y agoYep, there's no accounting for taste. I find Rogan overrated and frankly pretty detestable. But I also find much of this list annoying. Popular things often aren't good, and good things often aren't popular.
