Today is probably a good day to make Jell-O without alcohol, for the kids, though I might have some explaining to do. Some years ago they asked me to have Jell-O, and - thinking of Lehrer - I replied that it's adult only, as you make it with alcohol. Much to my surprise that explanation stuck - and they never had Jell-O so far.
