This is something I've been warning some of my juniors about. There seems to be a lot of enthusiasm for the idea, but the legal/societal landscape simply isn't there. Hell, I don't even feel comfortable with therapists with digital case files anymore. It was one thing before everything was SaaS'd, but when I'm dealing with things I'd actually need a therapist for, it is generally of a nature where no, I don't want records sticking around forever.
