- mtgx 14y agoThey are probably just interested in the "American aid". No wonder the US Government doesn't want to cut the aid to other countries. It's not about "not helping the poor there anymore". It's about being able to bribe the Governments there to do their will.
- Vivtek 14y agoThe peak aid to Cambodia seems to have been in fiscal year 2007, at about $57 million. I'd say that dangling the carrot of trade agreements is more effective than threatening to cut off aid.
